1. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please read the following terms and conditions. Your purchase or use of our Flash Resellers Package implies that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

2. LICENSE

Dreamweaver-Templates.net grants you a non-exclusive license to resell our Flash Templates in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the 'license') issued by Dreamweaver-Templates.net.

a) USAGE GRANTED

You are granted rights to resell our Flash Templates on a single website or multiple websites. You are granted permission to use screenshots of the templates.

b) MODIFICATIONS

You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our Flash templates to fit your purposes. However, the Flash templates will still be subject to this license regardless of the extent of its modification.

c) UNAUTHORIZED USE

You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them with Master Resell Rights for redistribution or resale of any kind whatsoever.

d) ASSIGNABILITY

You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from Dreamweaver-Templates.net.

e) COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive Copyright ownership to any of our templates, modified or unmodified. All templates are property of Dreamweaver-Templates.net.

3. DISCLAIMER

Our products are provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.  In no event, shall Dreamweaver-Templates.net be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our templates.

4. SPAM

You must not engage in questionable marketing tactics to promote the Flash templates such as bulk e-mailing to unsolicited addresses.

5. FRAUD CHECKS

As part of our fraud prevention measures, we thoroughly check each order, before processing them. Any fraudulent transaction and Copyright violaters will be persued and prosecuted to the highest extent of the law possible.
