Web design, digital photography, Quickbooks consulting, custom programming, IT consulting and technical writing are typically billed on a time and materials basis with hourly rates determined by the type of work to be performed. Our rates are very competitive and our small to medium business focus directly affects how we price our services.

We favor a two phased project approach to technical projects whereby an initial requirements analysis and preliminary project design is done on a time and materials basis.

Based on the outputs from this initial phase the client can make an informed decision about whether to proceed with the full project based on a meaningful estimate of the total cost of completion and projected benefits of the project.

We maintain detailed project plans and provide estimates in advance of major phases to keep our clients informed and provide accurate budget inputs for the client's planning purposes.
